10:00 – Hotel Pickup Meet your driver at the lobby and start our journey toward the fertile Alazani Valley. As we leave the city, you will enjoy the scenic views of the Georgian countryside.
11:00 – Traditional Bread Making Masterclass Our first interactive stop is a local bakery for a bread making masterclass. You will learn how to bake “Shoti” in a traditional clay oven called a Tone. Specifically, you can taste the fresh, warm bread paired with local Georgian cheese.
11:45 – Bodbe Monastery We then visit the peaceful Bodbe Nunnery, one of the most spiritual sites in Georgia. Furthermore, you will have time to stroll through the beautifully manicured gardens and visit the tomb of Saint Nino while overlooking the Caucasus Mountains.
